Where am I screwing up?

Yes, I know that's a tough question to answer without seeing me in action but at least you guys may think of something I haven't.

I'm 37 and back in college. Oddly enough, attracting girls isn't the issue. I neg, I tease, I C&F and get back IOI's like crazy. It is Social Circle game though, not night game. Compliance tests, them initiating physical contact...yet, at some point I always get lumped in the Friend Zone. Obviously I'm new to Game. I think I may be losing them between Attraction and Comfort, but to be honest, I really don't know. I'm dragging my friends into Game kicking and screaming. They are learning but I'm the lead on this so I have no one to bounce ideas off of.

My thoughts are:
A) I'm not sexualizing the flirting soon enough, if at all.
B) I need to work on kino.
C) Am I not moving fast enough?
D) Something else or all of the above.

Any other ideas? Any questions I can answer to make it more clear?

Hey!

Maybe you should backtrack the entire process...

If targets are starting Kino, maybe you should escalate... Targets startings Kino is offcourse also an IOI...

Try to work Kino into your routines (e.g. holding hands at 'The Cube' or 'Palm reading or whatever)

Did you try Evolution phase shift? I tried in a few times, can be hard to master but it can work...

I'm that good at this, but maybe this is helpful!
